Description: I'm a Property Manager of over 200 units looking for a student, preferably a high-level accounting/finance major to help me make the property budget for 2010. The budget is due to my corporate office on Oct 20th so this is short notice but I'm in need of help! (I've started the project but it is my first time making the budget for this company and Ive gotten horribly confused already.) I'll Pay $125 total starting Monday Oct 12th. I'll need help 3 days between Monday and Thursday for a few hours in the evening and maybe the Monday before it's due. This will also look GREAT on a resume, this budget holds 9 figures and will carry the property through the entire year oof 2010.
Patience required!!! (I've got a Bachelor's degree in Art so it hasn't exactly qualified me to prepare this budget)
