Why? I'm graduating in December and I will be going to graduate school. I need someone to take over my lease in Darrow Place Apartments. The apartment is a three bedroom and you will have two roomates (one male, one female). Both are super nice, go to bed at reasonable times, and don't have crazy parties in the apartment. Non-smokers. You will get your own bedroom. If you take over my lease, you can have my $150 security deposit which you will get back at the end of the semester.
