Lease period: Mid-January to Mid-July Location: This studio has the greatest

location: it's located right across Cafe Pacific, and it takes 30 seconds to Starbucks (You get the idea how it's close to Cornell campus.) In this building, you might experience noise in the morning IF the room is located on the street side of the building (facing Dryden Road.) However, my studio faces 312 Apt, and you don't have to worry about garbage trucks(?) making noise in the early morning. This room is located on the 3rd floor of the building.

Services: There are great concierges who store/keep your packages from on-line ordering, and change coins for laundry. You can also ask them to send your clothes in case you need a dry-cleaning. You can just pick-up your clothes at the entrance of the building from the concierge. (There is service charge but very low)

Amenities: something I didn't mention is a big bookshelf. There is a five-story bookshelf where you can put your books or bottles of drinks. Especially recommended to grad students who have a lot of books. P.S. Please feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions.
