Description: The bedroom for rent has a walk in closet and private door to its own bathroom. There is a washer & dryer, dishwasher, ac/heat, basic cable and wireless internet. There is a small balcony, vaulted livingroom ceiling, and a fireplace. I have a large dog and a cat. Small dogs and/or cats are welcome. $450 includes rent and all utilities, basic cable & wireless internet. . Free gym membership at Harbison Rec also. Looking for a male or female roommate who is a non-smoker and not a party animal. Short term or long term availability. There is a mandatory $50 fee to the apt complex for a background check (Paces Brook Apts in Harbison). No deposit necessary. I am willing to lower rent in exchange for dogsitting.
