Description: Am moving on with my life so my current space is available. (Soon-to-be) vacant room is LARGE by Santa Cruz standards (11' x 12') with a bay window and a closet.

The room is in a 4-bedroom home that is occupied by young working professionals in their early 20's with established schedules. You will be sharing a bathroom with 3 other people. Sounds daunting, but access is rarely a problem. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Banana Belt, between Morrissey and Branciforte. There are families all over and the location is situated centrally.

This is NOT a party house. Druggies can move on. No one smokes/snorts/shoots/pumps. The housemates are a great bunch of people who are courteous and cordial. They have been great to live with.

Along with the room, you will have access to the rest of the house, i.e. kitchen, living room, laundry, back yard (small, but still a yard).

Utilities run about $70±20/month, so total rent per month should rarely go above $700. Total to move in will be $1175.48 (security deposit of $900 + pro-rated rent of $275.48).

Room will be available Saturday, October 18th, 2009, possibly earlier. You will be responsible for 1/2 the utilities for the month of October, when they come in. Come November and on, you will be responsible for the full rent ($610) and utilities. House is on a month-to-month.

Lastly, pictures of the room were taken on Friday, October 9, 2009, in the midst of packing, so it looks like a disaster area. Please bear that in mind.
