This place is perfect for a professional working in the City (30 mins walk to Bank & 20 mins walk to Liverpool St) or Canary Wharf (15 mins door to door by DLR).
I am 35, Australian and have been living in London the past 7 years working as an IT Manager for a global media publishing company. Are you a friendly professional (25 to 40) who is independent and likes comfortable social living?

The apartment is a prestigious two double bedroom apartment in the heart of Wapping. This ground floor residence boasts 19ft long reception. The entire apartment was renovated in early 2007. It has French oak hard wood floor, modern designer kitchen (mod cons included), two double bedrooms (one ensuite) and further guest bathroom of a converted town hall development with clock tower. With a spacious, high ceiling and well lit feel, security video entrance and alarm are also present. There is a great café right next door.

The room available is a newly refurbished and newly furnished (designer wardrobe, chest of draws, and king bed) good size double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom. There are two large windows with lots of light.

The location is in the heart of Wapping being well served by the bus 100 to Liverpool St or Shadwell, the East London line replacement bus to Shoreditch and the D3 to Canary Wharf and five minutes walk to Wapping Gardens, Wapping High Street, St Katherine’s Docks and Waitrose about 5 minutes. Tower of London and Shadwell are both about 10-15 minutes walking; the Ramsgate and Captain Kidd pubs minutes walking. The East London line extension will be open in 2010 to directly serve to Shoreditch.
