Description: Condo about 1 mile Guilford College on West Friendly. Nice quiet area, less than a mile to bus stops and the nearest grocery store. It is a 2 bedroom place. The $400 includes your own bath on the hall (occasionally used by guests), all utilities, and cable internet. The living room and dining area are furnished. Perfer non-smoking, open minded female, but outside smoking and males would be ok too. I am 25, full time student and I work part time. I attend UNCG. It takes about 15 minutes to get to UNCG or downtown from the condo. I think I'm pretty laid back. Let me know if you have any questions.
