The house has a huge sitting room (see photos), nice dining area, with a cute kitchen (some appliances), washing machine, one nice bathroom, a huge private rear garden and Saint Ann's Well Gardens as 'backyard'. Gas heating, free hot water, broadband, plus a huge streamable movie and music collection on the wireless).
We are:
2 muso dj arty creative h&m-wearing types (one with a young daughter who stays over occasionally). Chill, tidy, socially-orientated people who like to hang out, go to gigs, have mates around and take it easy. We don't boom tunes all day and we don't have a party house.
You might be:
Creative / pro-active
Girls prefered (but blokes and couples are not out of the question)
22-35(ish), either professional or post-grad student.
