-I would prefer a girl roommate

-It is located right downtown on Main St. above restaurant (perfect if you like to go to the bar).

-2 Bedroom, 1 Bath

-About $300 per person (includes cable and water)

-internet would be $4 per person because I share with other people in the building.

-Energy per month is about $20-30 per person.

-would be willing to lower price per month b/c the 2nd room to be filled is a little smaller.

-Message me if you are interested! It's a cute place and if in a really safe building!
