Description: Fast-paced, hip, sustainable real estate brokerage currently scouting for a reliable, resourceful, talented individual to take our office to the next level. Candidate will be bilingual; college degree preferred and has a minimum of three years of brokerage management experience. Duties will include, but not limited to:

Manage General day to day office operations, including staff/intern management & recruiting
Vendor/client/agent relationship servicing and management
File management - sales, listing and contract coordination management
Office systems management
Agent recruiting, retention and support
Quarterly and annual budgets
Weekly sales projections
Conduct weekly sales, administration, marketing and finance meetings
Work with CFO and CEO closely on operations, business development and strategies
SEO, web development, management and implementation
Social networking management
Stealth internet campaigns implementation and management
Viral and guerilla marketing initiatives
Media buys
Copywriting, ad design and layout; art direction
Brand management
Press release distribution, follow-up and media relations
Collateral materials design & production management
Email marketing and database management
Event coordination, direction and management

Candidate will be resourceful, reliable, proactive, and will work well under pressure/deadlines in addition to minimally possessing the following proficiencies
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher)
Photoshop
QuickBooks
HTML for email marketing design (Dreamweaver, FrontPage, etc.)
Web-based platforms: CoStar, Loopnet, MLS, Social networking, misc other marketing sites
