Description: We need someone to work from anywhere, taking 20-25 calls per day between 0900-2100 Mon-Fri & Sat-Sun 20 calls per day from 1000-2000 . We pay roughly 1.70 per casll you take and 5 % Bonus for all appointments made that result in a rental of our apartments. No need to work 12 hours per day the calls come in at different times in the.

Just receive call, screen potential new tenant, book a visit, it they rent it you get paid 5% of the monthly contract above and beyond the $1.70 per call your already being paid for.

Candidate needs to be French and English speaking.

I would be perfect for this job!: I've been renting my own appartment in Chateauguay for over 8 years now, so I'm a bit used to the kind of artists that may call in.. beside I'm a native french speaker, aged 50 with customer service experience and also on the phone in a call center... What do you thinK ?? shall we talk ?
