Rent is $420 a month with cable and electric which comes to less than $500 a month. Roommates are three FABULOUS girls who are fun but studious and clean.Room can come furnished with bed, desk and dresser if wanted.

While I am sure you prefer a female to rent, is it available to males? If not, please disregard my other questions. Is there parking or a washer and dryer available?
