Description: I have one large (shared) bedroom that will be available for move-in on November 1st, in a large house in the Ingleside district. I am looking for one single female roommate to live with me.

I am looking for a roomate that is willing to commit long-term (1+ years).

I have two roomates that live downstairs in a shared room, but one will be moving out on October 31st. The roommate that will continue to be living downstairs is the absolute easiest person to live with. She gets along with everyone and is a very fun person to be around; very respectable of other's space and just an all around easy going girl. She would be happy to live with someone that has a similar personality. We are goofy, loud, and love to talk about life..:) We also all love to eat and laugh, and would love to find someone that will mesh well with our personalities.

About Me & The Other Roomies: I am a 24 year old Filipino female, a graduate from San Francisco State University, and currently the Admin Assistant at the Marriott Foundation. I am a very open person, outgoing, and easy to get along with. I like to watch movies, sing, dance, listen to music, exercise, play and walk my dog Cookie--who lives with us here in San Francisco. My roommate living downstairs is 24, a junior at SFSU, and an International Relations major. My roommate living upstairs is 24, a senior at SFSU, and an interior design major. We all have very busy schedules and don't really have time to hang out with each other, but we all get along pretty well.

The Ideal Fit: A responsible female, 21-25 years old. We ask that you know how to communicate when necessary, and take the initiative to help out around the house. Communication is very important, especially if you are having an issue with one of the roommates.

About the House: The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a large living room with a fireplace and a separate dining room. Both rooms have hardwood flooring and large windows providing ample lighting and a view of the hills of Daly City. The kitchen is large with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and a good amount of storage. Washer and dryer in the garage. Utilities (gas/electricity, water, garbage, cable/Internet) will be split four ways. It has a two car garage, and street parking also available.

Location: The house is located 1 mile from Stonestown Galleria and the public library, ¾ mile from SFSU (about a 10 minute walk), 1-1/2 blocks from the Muni Train stop and 2 miles from Brotherhood Way to Lake Merced. Century Theatres and Safeway are located just 5 minutes away (driving).

The Downstairs Bedroom - $500: Is a large shared room. Shared bathroom. It has a large double door (shared) closet and a big window. The room is carpeted from wall to wall. It is located in the back of the house, and has a huge window protected by security bars. We provide a twin-size bed and night stand. If you would like to bring any additional furniture (such as bookshelf, etc.) you are welcome to.

The Logistics: We will be asking for three references (professional preferred), and also a deposit equal to 1 month's rent.

Hello, I saw your post for a roommate and this sounds like a perfect match for me! I'm a student at SFSU and I'm looking to move around the first of November. To give you an idea of what I'm like: I'm a theatre major and I just transfered here this semester. I'm either at work or class most of the time. I work at Starbucks in downtown. Obviously I love theatre and I like music and I love to read. I'm pretty quite, and respectful to the people I live with. I'm really friendly but I'm not too loud! I'm agreeable and very open. And with regards to living with others I'm always willing to talk about things, I'd much rather have an open discussion than have someone be irritated and not say anything, I think it's better that everyone is on the same page.
