Description: Seeking friendly, clean, respectful woman to live in newly renovated, hardwood floors, southern exposure, two windows! People call some bedrooms huge, but this one actually is, at 12'x15'. Air conditioner, utilities included. Full kitchen.
Stuyvesant Town has trees everywhere and makes very dependable repairs for almost anything in the apartment. Laundry service in basement. Literally dozens of coffee shops, bars, and shops moments away in the East Village. Union Square is an easy 15-minute walk, or you can hop on the L or 14D bus. Additionally, for NYU students, the NYU Route C bus stops right nearby at 14th st and Ave B and goes directly to 721 Broadway.
My current roommate/your future roommate is polite, friendly, respectful, dependable, young woman, recent NYU graduate. Her bedroom is separated from the living room by a divider; you will need to respect her space, which should be easy with the amount you'll have to yourself!
Move-in Dec 1st, available until May 30th. 1 month's rent deposit and 1st month's rent required up front.
$1500 + $50 cable/wireless internet
