Description: Burbank based social media marketing firm specializing in online digital word-of-mouth strategies using different engagement channels to reach target consumer samples for our Fortune 500 clients.
These “Community Ambassadors” must be energetic, creative, excellent writers and internet-savvy. Those with daily use of blogs, message boards and social networks are preferred.
Key Reponsibilities include:
- Spark excitement and conversation with consumers surrounding our client’s objectives
- Follow all protocol when interacting within these online communities
- Document, log and track all conversations within Excel
- Be a team player with fellow Community Ambassadors
Job Requirements :
- Working knowledge in social networking, blogging and message boards preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Strong sense of product ownership and takes pride in work
- MS Office Suite (Specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong Typing Skills
Hours for shift are 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. We are looking for PART-TIME (25-37 hours/week) employees. Start Rate $12/hour, No Benefits
