Double bedroom in beautiful victorian townhouse, en-suite (£90/wk) for GBP £90.

Why? Iv'e just accepted an offer on my house and am looking for a housemate (short-term, 2 - 3 months) to help me out financially until the sale is complete. This arrangement would ideally suit someone new to the area who needs somewhere to live until they find their feet and decide where they want to live more permanently. I work away every weekend Fri- Mon so you would have the house to yourself while I am away.

Description: The house is situated in the beaautiful and well sought after village of Rawdon, near to the village green, park and local amenities such as the library, shops and hairdressers. Buses are regular to and from Leeds and the airport is about a mile away. There are also many pubs within a mile or so. The room I am letting is the master bedroom, with wooden floorboards, a king size four-poster bed, and matching cupboard and dresser. There is also a flat-screen TV with combined DVD / iPod dock. The en-suite has a shower, bath, sink and heated towel rail. The price includes all utility bills and Sky+. First to see will take!
