Description: Hey there... I am living in a wicked flat on the corner of leith walk and london rd! It is a 3 bdrm flat with 2 open rooms. The rooms are with a Fairly Large with an Even bigger Lounge Room, bathroom/shower loads of storage space and tons of Character! There is one room for £270 per month then there is a larger room for £290 both double rooms both very spacious.
The flat is within 4mins walk to princess st and there are loads of bus routes across the road + shops, pubs and cinema!
It will be a 6mnth lease as min, bills come to about 30 pound a month with a pay a you go meter!
I am 31yr old South-African male very easy goin i work as a chef and do promo work! I have been here for the past 6yrs.

The second room is a raise bed which makes so much more floor space!!! I stayed in this room before.... its special!!
