Description: We are seeking a professional equestrian director to supervise our year-round and summer resident camp horse program. Applicants should have significant experience working with and managing a herd. The position requires teaching all skill levels of riders ages 6-17, in both English and Western disciplines, in large and small groups. Ability to communicate effectively with children, adolescents and adults is essential. Some veterinary and farrier knowledge is helpful. Girl Scout and/or experience working with children in a camp setting is preferred. This position includes onsite housing and utilities.
