Description: The house has 4 bedrooms (spread far apart throughout the house for lots of privacy), a kitchen (w/ appliances), a laundry area (w/ NEW washer/dryer), 2 bathrooms (brand new hot water heater), a great back yard with big trees for shade and a patio area for sitting (or beer pong). Bills split 4 ways are usually no more than $60-$80 per person. The house is sunny and bright with new carpet in most of the rooms and hard wood floors throughout the common areas. The pics include 1 of the bedrooms (the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms look similar and the 4th is the biggest and I can send pictures of it and the yard, etc. to anyone who is interested), and 1 of the living room. The couches are all centered around a built-in entertainment center that provides tons of storage (we used it for TV, DVD players, movies, games, etc.). The painted walls in the bedrooms will be white when we move out (unless you really like pink or orange walls). You can't beat the location- a 5 minute walk to Starbucks and Einsteins, 7 minute walk to the UMC, and a 10 minute walk to the heart of The Hill.
Deposits include $2500 and an added deposit if you plan on having pets.
As far as the start of the lease, we are flexible. We are all seniors who don't want to be moving out during finals, so would like the lease to start somewhere between finals and the holidays, but would be willing to wait until Jan. 1st. This would be ideal for someone abroad this semester and coming home in December, or 4 people who just want a change of scenery for 2nd semester!
