Description: We are moving and are looking to turn our lease over to someone else in the next month. You will get our price of $775, but the market rent would normally cost over $900 so it is a steal. It is located in Euless near 360. The apartment is amazing. 2 bed,
1 long bath with two sinks, HUGE closets, mini bar built in, huge balcony with storage and a nice view, nice carpets, bay windows, very safe area. Fully size washer/dryer hookups, but space could be used for something else as there are also on-sight facilities. There is a huge dog park/ about 20 miles of biking and running trails just down the street. Very nice area and even better service from Apartment management. Have had no problems with this apartment. We would stay but want to be closer to our jobs. We took very good care of the apartment and will even leave the extra stuff we did if you want. A couple of accent walls are painted already (and you don't have to paint them back when you leave!!)- we already paid for them to be taken care of when we moved in.(not to worry they are classy colors). Pets are allowed for a deposit.
Because we are crunched for time, if you are willing to move in soon, you will not have to pay an apartment deposit, we will pay it for you.
Apartment has volleyball and tennis courts, a small workout facility, a BEAUTIFUL pool/ hot tub, and a laundry room.
2 blocks away from 2 grocery stores (Albertsons and Kroger). Peaceful community and very safe.
