Description: Looking for a female room mate to live with one other female in a two bedroom apartment in Eagan, MN. The lease ends June 2010.

Each room mate has their own room and bathroom. There is a large living room, a dining area, plenty of closet space, and a balcony. Laundry is on site. There is also an outdoor pool, and a clubhouse with party room.
Heat, water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for electric. The previous months total bill was $35.
