For Customer service.

We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
The Customer service/Order entry person is primarily responsible for processing of external and internal customer orders, and external customer quotations. As a front-line representative of the company, this position directly influences customer allegiance. Professionalism and courtesy are required at all times. Also required is extensive interaction with other departments within the company to ensure that our commitments to our customers are met. Itemized duties include the following:

Duties:
1.Greet client (customer) Become a concierge.
2. Shipping and Receiving (light lifting of boxes)
3. Check Quality control for incoming and outgoing Jobs
4.Filing of samples when job is complete
5.Input (Internet Portal Jobs ) Through the system
6.Help Support sales staff through Customer service
7.Process E-Mail files from our web site (FTP sight)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities necessary to perform essential functions:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
PC computer skills, word document and spreadsheet capabilities.
Organizational skills.
Design experience is a plus!
Time Management skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills conducive to team development.
Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time.
Ability to work independently.
Versatility and ability to adapt to change.
