Description: We are seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented and well-organized individual who works well independently and in a team environment. We are looking for someone who actively seeks and implements improvement opportunities.


The candidate will complete essential responsibilities like processing payments and receivables, filing financial documents, vendor invoice entry, purchase order maintenance, organizing office, etc.



Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a real estate operation.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.

* QuickBooks skills are a big plus, and any other accounting software experience is desirable.

Must be good with numbers, attention to detail is very important, and good typing skills are a must.

Looking for someone that can work during the weekdays from 10-6 and Saturdays from 11-4.

We are willing to train the right candidate and recent Business, Accounting or Finance graduates are encouraged to apply. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity for growth in an expanding company.
