Description: One room is available in a property on St Annes Road. It is a very quiet and nice street, just a stone's throw from Sainsburys and Wilkos in Headingley. Excellent location, nice house with large sitting room, new kitchen, conservatory, driveway, front and back garden, and separate bathroom and toilet - double bedroom available to let from November (or sooner on negotiation).

We are preferably for postgrad students or professionals working in Leeds. We are all very busy and have a lot of work to do and would like a housemate who has a similar attitude and respect for his/her housemates. You would be living with one male postgrad LPC (law) student and two females - one working at a solicitors, and the other studying postgrad LPC (law).
