Description: I have decided to move out and am hoping to fill my room with someone awesome by Oct. 15th. It is the largest room in the house and has a clean, attractive bathroom that you would share with Gen, a 22-year-old female LMU student. Also in the house are two other female LMU students. They all take their work pretty seriously, but enjoy each others' company and find time to keep the house clean. They are looking to find someone OR two people (the room is large enough to possibly share) along those same lines, though they'd prefer not to live with a couple. The house is in a very safe, pretty neighborhood with lots of street parking and a long driveway. It is about 2 miles from LMU, super close to 405, LAX, the Howard Hughes Center and other shopping. There are two cats living in the house: one a very sweet sociable cat (Gen's), and another cat who keeps to himself.
About the house:
-3 bedroom/2 bath house with hardwood floors
-fully furnished living room which they are in the process of decorating
-TV with cable, wireless internet
-furnished dining area
-AWESOME kitchen with electric stovetop, two ovens, lots of storage, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal
-washer and dryer
-utilities usually come to about $50/month (give or take)
About the yard:
-good size backyard with fruit trees and back porch
-front yard with porch and trees
-a garage for extra storage and various other uses we find (one roommate paints and studies out there, etc)
About your roommates:
-Gen, 22, English major at LMU and pretty laidback. She's clean but does enjoy going out weekends and pretty easy to get along with. Bills and rent are paid through her, but the landlord is very sweet and receptive. He will listen to any concerns of yours.
-Carissa, 24, Humanities major at LMU. Carissa is very fun, also enjoys going out and gets along with seemingly everyone. She's pretty great.
-Andrea, 30, Grad student at LMU. Andrea is very respectful, clean and nice. She is generally quiet but always open to a good discussion or watching TV together.
