Both the master bedroom and the garage would be ideal for sharing with a roommate (or two). The master bedroom is $1425 ($712.50 with two people) and the garage is $1370 per month (685 with two people) which is why these rooms would be great for sharing with roommates. The single bedroom is $740 per month. The house is at 612 Escalona Dr. It is a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a 20 minute walk to the base of campus. There is parking if you have a car. You would be sharing the house with 3 very respectful females who are UCSC students.
