Description: I'm llooking to rent a one bedroom flat or a double bedroom in a shared house with maximum of 3 bedrooms. All inclusive (gas, electricity, water, tv licence, council tax and broadband) rent would be ideal. A non-student property would be ideal as I'm a professional. Desired area would be between town centre and Morrison's as it is a walkable distance to my work. Short-term or flexible length of contract would be great. I would be able to rent a mimimum of 3 months starts from November and it's very likely it will be able to be extended toward summer.
I'm a mature person and I respect other people's space. I'm a very tidy person and you can be sure that I'll clean up the space if I mess it up. As I've allergy to smoke, a non-smoking house/flat is a must and non-smoker housemates would be more than welcome thought not strictly required.
