Description: The Philadelphia Festival Chorus (PFC), including Voces Novae et Antiquae, seeks a music-loving individual to join our Board of Directors as Treasurer. This volunteer position is perfect for a business savvy individual who wants to help supports the arts in Philadelphia. PFC is the mother organization for one of Philadelphia’s premier professional vocal ensembles.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Maintain books for the organization
-Manage finances of the organization
-Ensure development and board review of financial policies and procedures
-File 990-EZ, due in January
-Produce 1099s in January
-Write checks for payroll and other expenses
-Carefully document concert proceeds
-Be involved with budgeting for concerts and track progress of obtaining funds for given performances
-Produce reports as needed for board meetings and grant applications
-Attend regular Board meetings
