Description: Obtain detailed assignment information from customers and utilize it to provide effective customer service. Interview and test applicants, administer training of temporary employees. Conduct outside service calls; acquire new business through client reactivation calls and new acquisition calls. Recruit temporary employees and develop an applicant pool.
Requirements:
v 1-3 years of experience in customer service
v High school diploma or equivalent required: Bachelors helpful
v Customer Service driven
v Detail oriented
v Extremely comfortable using the telephone to make new contacts as well as following up with customers
v Team player
