Description: This position is responsible for the process to support EES capital equipment products returned to the Service Center.

KEY SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS/ SKILL SETS:
Typing, filing, database generation, archiving & retrieving records
Written and verbal communication
Prioritizing, Organization & planning skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Customer focused
Detail oriented
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Windows, MS Word and Excel
Ability to quickly learn and use service and EES database software applications


EXPERIENCE:
Two years experience working in a regulated environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand & follow EES policies & procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
Follow all company safety policies & other safety precautions within work area. Promote safety to all associates that enter work area.
Comply with regulatory and quality standards in the service and repair process of medical devices.
Interface with Customer Quality on service requirements, product analysis and evaluations.
Decontamination of returned equipment.
Complete shipping and receiving functions for incoming and outgoing products and materials. Resolve Blind Units received.
Reference and update the compliant management system with shipping and receiving information.
Manage storage and inventory of Loaners, Long Term units and scrap process for products.
Maintain service parts inventory and monitor inventory levels.
Order and receive parts and fill request for parts required for timely repair of equipment.
Maintain the spare parts inventory system.
Maintain files for all hard copy service documentation.
Update service system for the service and repair process.
Product release for the service and repair process.
Maintain the document control system related to service center activities.
Track metrics and prepare reports for service center activities.
Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.

This is a one year contract. Pay Rate: $22.00 p/h

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Long periods of standing or sitting
Office desk work, requiring sitting, walking, using phone & computer
Lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
Bend, stoop, and reach occasionally
Reach upper & lower shelving
Work at a bench – similar to a manufacturing floor
Regular use of a computer to receive and input information related to the service process.

Education:
DEGREE REQUIRED - High School/GED; Associates Degree preferred
Computer Literacy

Must be able to pass full felony background check
