- Plans and manages production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer orders
- Coordinating client projects (i.e. answering clients questions and providing administrative support on projects)
- Coordinate with factories on existing projects
- Answering and screening telephone calls & arranging travel and meetings
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems

Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in Chinese & English (able to read Chinese as well)

-Assist in the preparation of all online marketing updates and any reports related
