Description: Located 7 blocks from UWEC campus - close to the corner of 5th and Lake. 2 full car garage, front porch, 2 full bathrooms, good sized bedrooms, washer/dryer, two living rooms and a dining room. Trying to fill the entire house (3 people), and if you can get back to me quickly, you may be able to sign for the entire following year (June 2010- May 2011). However, I am willing to take one or two people to fill most of the house and pay for 2/3rd rent. Each person would pay around $320 (that includes lawn care, laundry, heating, and water). Tenants pay for electricity (when one person lived here this summer, it was around $60/month, and when 3 people lived here with heat and portable heaters plugged in, it was no more than $90 total), cable/internet, and garbage. We are looking for someone that can take really good care of the house, as it is in excellent condition and the landlord has been nothing but helpful and responsible.
