We have a single room available in a nice and cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath house! You can have your own room and shared bathroom for only $450. Right now, there are 4 other girls living at the house.. 2 share a room and the other 2 have their own. We're super friedly, outgoing, and easy to get along with! We are juniors and seniors who take our classes very seriously.. but we are always down to party and have a good time!! Although the house is full of girls right now.. we don't have a preference.. so ladies and gents.. hit me up if you're interested!!

P.s. the house is near campus.. the major cross streets is blaine and watkins.. just minutes from UCR We really need to find a roomie by october!! Soo please lemme know if you're interested!
