It is off of Walden Rd. behind the Fareway and Kum and Go on Mormon Trek.
**Looking for female roommate to sublease a bedroom in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse. 2 parking spots and cable are included in the rent. There are about 20-30 visitor spots where a 3rd car can be parked. Free (not coin operated) washer/dryer included in unit. Balcony off of the living room and walk-out basement. Dogs ARE allowed, no cats please
**Your roommates would be two female students at the University (one graduate and one senior undergraduate). We have a dog. She is a medium-sized (~30lbs) terrier mix and is 4 years old. Would prefer a roommate who does not have a dog, but we can make it work with two dogs! :)
**Your room would be upstairs and the rent is $285/month each. There is a $25 pet fee if you have a pet. Parking, cable and laundry are included in the rent. We have to pay for internet, water, and electricity. The utilities total comes out to be about 60-75/month.
