Description: Looking for a female roommate to share a NEW 2bed 2bath condo, on the 2nd floor of a new community called Crossman Place (more details below) in Sunnyvale.
The bedroom is furnished with furniture, and you will have your own private bathroom.
A little bit about the condo: 1200 square feet, hardwood floors, burbur carpet, granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, modern window coverings throughout, large kitchen, balcony / deck, there is a small laundry room inside the actual unit, and the entire condo will be furnished by me.
About me: Female in my 20s, working at Google as an Operations Manager.
Rent will be $1145 including furniture (plus $75 a month for parking if you want a spot). You will need to split utilities (only elecricity, gas, and Comcast) with me. Move in is October 1st.
