Laundry and outdoor pool on site. Rent is 300/month plus gas, electric, and cable/internet. (About 400-420/month total). The landlord *does not* allow pets.

i paid a $150 deposit when i moved in, so i'm not sure a roommate would also have to pay a deposit upon moving in. i'll have to ask the landlord.
