Description: Hey folks! Due to some unforseen circumstances I am looking for someone new to take over my roommates portion of our lease. Sorry, but pets are not allowed. The goods: you'll be sharing a large 1300 sq ft two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, two-story condo in the Highlands. The upstairs (see pic below) has an open floor plan with a dining area, living room, kitchen and a half-bath. It has all hardwood floors, 10ft ceilings, 6 very large, west facing windows framed in hardwood. The downstairs is carpeted and has 2 bedrooms, an office/extra living space, a washer/dryer unit, and a full-bath. your room is over 20ft long with a large closet! plenty of room for your stuff and privacy.
Your roommate would be a-late 20's guy that commutes to boulder daily for work. I'm laid back and prefer to keep things fairly quiet at home. There are bars within 3 blocks if you need to get your crew together and drink. I'm looking for a respectful and considerate person to share this amazing space with. I have a lot of furniture, but am willing to some rearranging if necessary.
Some other great features of this unit include; guaranteed off-street parking space, secure building entry with call box (when your guests come visit), very inexpensive utilities - $15-$20 per month. I currently have an high-speed internet and HDTV package with comcast if you are interested in sharing that.
The building is less than a block from Highland Park, around the corner from a 32 bus stop, an $8 cab ride downtown and is also close to some of the best restraunts in Denver!
