Description: Looking for one roommate to take the master bedroom (1bd + 1bath) in a 3 bd 2 bath house close to the corner of Madison St. and PCH. The house is currently shared by two 20-something guys.

Master Bedroom is directly connected to backyard and includes a personal bathroom. the other bathroom is shared by the two of us currently living here. The bedroom, includes a walk-in closet, is unfurnished.

We are asking for $900 + utilities, which is the same amount paid by our former roommate. Water is paid for by landlord, so gas/electricity/Verizon FIOS(phone + tv + internet) bills will be split amongst the three of us.

Laundry is on site. Close to Pacific Coast Highway and Hawthorne Blvd. Easy access to Highways 110 and 405.

The room is available immediately, and we are hoping you can move in before October. Male roommates are preferred.
