Description: Hello!
I am looking for a female roommate to move in by September 1. Rent is only $495/month plus utilities. $500 security deposit upon move-in. Minimum 9 month lease ending June 31 2010. All utilities (including high-speed wireless internet and basic cable) range from about $95-160 per month. I live in a charming home situated right in the middle of downtown Orlando. Publix and all kinds of shopping, YMCA, restaurants and downtown are all within short walking distance. The house is a little over 1,000 sq. ft. Two bedrooms, one bath. Charming front porch, beautiful wood floors and wood Venetian blinds throughout house. Good size kitchen. Complete laundry facilities.
I'm looking for a responsible roommate who is drug/drama free. Absolutely NO DRUGS or SMOKING. I am a full-time student at UCF and I love to cook, shop, and spend time with family and friends.

I've spent lots of time there. It's a GORGEOUS house in a GREAT neighborhood. If I had to live in Orlando, it's the neighborhood I'd pick (and the house, if it were available!)
