Description: This is a upper in a duplex in Glendale. The rent is $500 a month plus 1/2 of the utilities and cable. This is a 2 1/2 bedroom 1 bathroom upper. The living room and kitchen are furnished. My old roommates left their queen sized bed you can keep it or not, whatever. I need you to sign a 1 year lease. This is 2 minutes off of I-43. The duplex is on Calumet and Port Road. I am a 31 year old female preschool teacher who is also at UW Milwaukee fiinshishing my education degree. I am very friendly and busy. I'm not home much, and when I am I usually am doing my homework, lesson plans, or haning out with my dogs. I own laid back geratric dogs who are very friendly, lazy, andformally obedience trained. I am looking for a roommate who enjoys being around dogs, is responsible, non-smoking, no drugs, and has a dependable job. Available now.. We split the utitiliities. There is laundry in the basement.
