Position Title Physical Therapist

Salary Range $27.02 to $36.51 per hour

Location Willmar MN

Full time Physical Therapist needed for large rehab center.

Graduate of a program in Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy
Association. Registration in the State of Minnesota
Prior experience preferred in outpatient rehabilitation therapy.
Evaluate and plan treatments for patients of all ages, operate physical therapy equipment and procedures, understand pathology and contra-indication to treatment, knowledge of anatomy, physiology, growth and development and hospital policy.

The individual in this position provides professional treatment for individuals in various settings. This therapist's primary focus is outpatients, but other areas to which this individual can provide therapy services would include inpatients at the hospital, nursing home residents, home care clients; patients participating in aquatic therapy, vestibular rehab, and other agencies, as per contract. The therapist is responsible for professional assessment (evaluation), treatment, and communication. The individual also participates in department related activities, at the discretion of the department director, designed to maintain and increase professional skills.

Key Requirements

1. Graduate of a program in Physical Therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
2. Registration in the State of Minnesota (or other state and able to reciprocate).
3. Prior experience preferred in outpatient rehabilitation therapy.
