Description: Need someone who has previously worked in monthly close and reconciliation process of a F500 company, with some Public Accounting in their background. Candidates must have at least 6 years, but no more than 12 years, of professional accounting experience (3-4 years in BIG 4 Accounting would be nice). CPA is a must. MBA highly preferred.

SAP knowledge is also a must. This company uses SAP and will NOT consider candidates without solid SAP knowledge. Six Sigma and Green Belt highly preferred, because a lot of this job involveds process improvement work.
Skills/Experience Education/Certification

• Bachelors degree in Accounting required

• CPA Required

• MBA Preferred

• 10+ years experience

• Familiarity with managing outsourcing/off-shoring relationships

• Assist with identifying and planning process improvements

• Experience with continuous improvement, lean accounting and Six Sigma process improvement methodologies

• Greenbelt certification preferred

• Agent for change – willing to challenge the status quo and drive continuous process improvements

o Willingness to assertively challenge those not willing to drive change in the organization

o Work to aggressively pursue process improvement opportunities
