Description: One room in a 4 bedroom big old (circa-1888) house on 11th and D. The three roommates (three guys) are graduated or soon-to-graduate students. We're progressive, fun, and diverse -- but also clean, respectful and financially responsible individuals. We expect you to be, too (though we don't care about age, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religious or political beliefs or anything like that)
The room is available now. It's a converted sunroom built right off the living room for convenient access, and obviously features a lot of natural light with 10 huge windows. It also features exclusive access to the first floor bathroom. The room rents at $225 a month, plus utilities (gas, electric, water, garbage, lawn care, 2 Mbps internet). If you're interested in getting cable TV, we may be able to arrange for that.
The rest of the house is obviously fully-furnished with an 8-top dining room table, aquarium, piano, pump organ, living area with three couches and coffee table, plus a huge L-shaped kitchen with center aisle full of all new appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal).
The basement has a washer and dryer, plus plenty of storage space. There's a huge porch in the front and a decent-sized yard. There's always street parking right out front, as well as a huge driveway in the ally right off the kitchen for more safety. The neighborhood is lively and active; our neighbors are cool and very respectful.

hey...i'm interested! the only thing is that i have a dog. he is full grown at 5 lbs, and is a yorkie terrier...would this be allowed? let me know! also- i think you are brandon labadie's friend! (i was good friends with him in high school) :)
