Description: I have a room in a 4/4 available in Pegasus Landing. The rate will be $530 a month starting in Sep untill Dec (Fall term only). I already paid for Aug so once you sign the lease you are free to move in NOW WITHOUT MOVE IN FEES!

The apt overlooks the pool and is located right next to the club house. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and night stand. Utilities are paid for by the apt complex so free cable tv (with HBO) and high speed internet. Most importantly, private bathroom. You will also have three male roommates.

I was originally going to sublease to this guy but he got into a car accident and has to put his school plans on hold as he rehabilitates from his injuries, so he had to back out of the lease, now I'm scrambling to find someone to take over the lease.
