Description: There is only one bedroom left, so respond quickly if you want it.
The house is located off of Cason Lane, close to an I-24 interstate exchange, and local to lots of restaurants and a Walmart.
The house was just built (2006); it has new granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, and fresh paint. Washer and dryer is also provided.
The house has a 2 car garage, fireplace, security system, and 2-zone air conditioning (a control for downstairs and upstairs).
Living room furniture/etc. is provided, but bedroom furniture is not. Entertainment items such as an HDTV, game systems, etc. are also provided.
Rent (per room) is $350/mo. This includes ALL utilities (water, electric, cable, security, and internet). Utility overages will be split between all of us.
Ideal roommates would be clean, easy-going guys. Be aware that this house will occasionally be used as a meeting place for a Bible study.
