This spacious room will be open to any compatible person who is either a college student or professional considerate and consistent to make the place clean, quiet, and respect other people's privacy, property and personality. The rooms are illustrated in squared form with windows for awesome view. One room is empty with a perfect square dimension and the other equipped with a twin sized bed and oak wood table. It is a first floor condo unit located at nearby Point Meadows Plaza in Baymeadows / 9A area. The perks come with this cozy, spacious living atmosphere equipped with hard wood floors, security system, bright yellow colored walls, screened lanai with awesome viewable resort style environment, and super plenty of parking spaces with easy access to get in and out of the secured gate. This is a superb and friendly community in an excellent, very quiet, secure, satisfying, user-friendly and convenient location to live especially for college students and/or professionals. The living/kitchen areas are supplied with non-stick surfacing pans, 12 spiced-mainstay spinning rack and utensils. The parking areas are super plenty and do not need to be reserved which is great for our vehicles to have breathing space. The ease of convenience, navigation, and accessibility should help you the kind of living and make-more-friends experience you'd like to have along with us.

You will meet with both 24 yr old UNF engineering student/professional and 27 yr old FSU post-grad student. Heres our brief prologues to exclusively inform you and illustrate the dimension of our personalities and lifestyles as respectful and family oriented cool roommates:
- 24 yr old student/professional - My life experiences here are naturally awesome with devoid of any negative auras of drama, impracticality, provocativeness, killjoy, etc. I am very easy to get along with and always treat my friends, acquaintances and/or previous roommates like family. My mid-frequent activities are: working out, taking long walks within the neighborhood and greet the coolest folks, attend and participate in community service events, going to the beaches for jet-skiing, kayaking, play beach volleyball/badminton and grab jolly-rancher drinks, read books or study at the library or visiting my family or relatives during some weeknights and weekends. I am also an avid reader with recollection of my favorite authors such as Cynthia Voigt, Robert Warren, J.R Tolkien, Philip Lee Williams and Robert Bach. The restaurants that I usually go to as checkpoint eats are Copelands, Times Grill, PF Changs, Jackie Lees, Lemongrass, La Nopalera, Thai Garden, Greenwich and Fuji Sushi. During my time at home, I commenced some computer programming and/or clean the common living areas just to keep me productive. Furthermore, I love cooking Asian gourmet foods, particularly stir-fry or hoisin jerked. I also go to church on Sundays. On my artistic side, I sing variety of songs through karaokes and music studios located in the midst between beaches and St. Johns county areas and not too long ago, I joined the ballroom/latin dancing classes and performed foxtrot, austrian waltz, zumba and cha cha.
- 27 yr old FSU post-grad student - He is usually studyholic in both school and at home and then hibernate within the midst of the day but he likes to watch movies and play games on some weeknights as part of relaxation. He goes out on weekends to visit his family. He is very laid-back, straightforward and direct on his point of views, family-oriented, loves to read biology books, workout at Bartram Park and consume chinese and italian foods and vice versa.
Our availabilities at home are dynamic because we both go to work and to social events or visit my family and friends but alternatively, we have ample time to engage in a social gathering atmosphere and have a cool conversation that makes us less-bored and more active on kitchen preparations, chores and vice versa. We are laid back and eager to open up to variety of social networking events or thereof. We also enjoy the family-like atmosphere because we exhibit respect, politeness, open and down to earth, autonomy, social related events and outdoor lifestyles. Overall, we are very respectful and caring of people's character, privacy, preserving living standards and vice versa. Anyone who acquaints with us especially in rooming environment is treated like a brother or sister and importantly respect.
It would be cool to have someone within age range of 19 - 30, friendly, respectful, responsible, attentive to privacy and cleanliness, relaxed, laid back, non-dramatic, non-shady, non-stereotype, non-biased, trustworthy, open to social activities/discussions and diversity, bills paid ahead or on time, stable job (Must be working in a company at least 6 months) or relevant source of income, getting along with the community and us. No extreme partying except small social gatherings which is ok with me.
