Description: Hi, we are looking for a responsible roommate (female) to move in and share a 3/2 home near Atlantic/Kernan/Girvin.
The room is currently available. The rent is $425+ 1/3 utilities. Utilities include JEA, wireless internet, and cable. Utilities usually run around $60-$90 per person depending on the time of the year. We are mid/late 20's christian females who are full time working professionals. Seeking similiar roommate. We are quiet and drama free and desire the same. We have two smaller dogs who are very friendly and calm.

Amenities Include: front load washer/dryer, wireless internet/cable, fenced in backyard, grill, large deck, dishwasher, and space for parking. No contract- 1 month notice in advance if leaving. Preference given to someone who would like to stay for at least 6 months. Please provide proof of income/employment.
