Glencoe Hills, Plenty of Parking (free WOOHOO!), No deposit, so need to keep the place up, extra costs are just utilities, electric, gas and water... which varies, but I like to conserve so it's anywhere from 20 - 40 for water a piece, gas/electric can get to be up to 50 a piece... like I said, depending on usage.

I dont watch a lot of cable so I don't pay for it, but there's an internet cafe in the clubhouse (most times you can get it in the apartment wifi style) its free... need i say more...
