Description: I have a three bedroom house, just looking for one more female roommate...I am 25 and my roommate is 22, both of us students on E campus...I have a dog, but it is a fairly good sized house with a very large back yard. The driveway will be newly constructed before school starts (on a street were few people have the "luxury" of a driveway) and a new landscape very soon. Home is newly remodeled. Less than one mile from east campus near 33 and O (East of 33rd st...its a way better area than west of 33rd st). These pictures are of the dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. You can also pick out the paint color of the room as long as color is in moderation. If you are looking for a place to live anytime soon let me know. Lease is 6 months and month to month after that. 350 a month for rent and roommates split cable, internet, and utilities.
