Description: I am needing someone to take over my lease from Aug 2009 until May 2010,(note: this lease can be changed to a 12 month lease, which would lower the $449 rate) as of 4/15/2009 the rates for campus lodge went up to $479 for a standard 9-month lease, but my lease includes vaulted ceilings (a 5-8 feet difference!!!) for $30 a month cheaper!
